The New Egypt Volunteer Fire Co., will sponsor it's third annual " scramble' golf tournament on June 27, 2008 (postponed from original date due to incliment weather - Any questions contact Mike Cowell at 609-306-8748).

The coveted Akron Brass trophy will be up for grabs. Last year Levittown Fire Company No. 2 from Bucks County, Pa. won this much sought after trophy. This year, David Gindlesperger will again provide the Akron Brass trophy. And, in addition this year, each member of the winning fire company foursome will get a trophy provided by Aaron Heller of Champion Fire Rescue Tools (If you are the low score for the tourney, you also win the cash).

All you need do to win these trophies is to play golf with us on June 27, your foursome must all be members of a fire company (not necessarily the same fire co.) and your foursome must have the lowest score between all registered fire company teams. You must bring your fire co. I.D. with you to the sign in desk on tournament day.

As noted on the registration form accompanying this invitation, the $90.00 per golfer includes green fees, golf cart, beverages, prizes, free beer (or soda) and a hot dog at the turn, and a delicious roast beef dinner (buffet style) at the firehouse after golf.

Register early, we are limited to the number of golfers.
